Shipping

We aim to send out orders as soon as possible, but please allow up to three working days for your order to be dispatched.

Where possible, please enter a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the delivery as your parcel may require a signature.

Customs & Tax

For orders outside the EU, please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying any import fees that may arise at the delivery destination.

Please note that Held is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of items from our online store within 14 days of purchase. The items must be in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning your order.

How to return your order:

- Email info@heldmade.com with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with a returns address label.

- Attach the returns address label to the parcel. Return the product(s) using a fully tracked and insured delivery service of your choice. Email any tracking information to us.

- Following a satisfactory inspection of your returned items, we will issue a refund for the goods.

Damages

We are sorry that's happened. If you have received a damaged item, please send us a picture of the packaging and the item to info@heldmade.com within 5 days of receiving it. We will only accept the return of faulty goods if they were faulty on receipt and not a result of fair wear and tear. If it meets these requirements, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
