We never collect payment information, this sensitive information is securely handled by third party payment processors.  At no point is credit/debit card information stored on our website.

5. How long is data stored for?

The storage period depends on the type of data collected, we do not however keep personal data which is no longer relevant to the initial reason it was collected. 

Personal data on newsletters subscribers are saved until the user requests them deleted. Personal information collected through placing an order can be stored for seven years in accordance with UK tax law.
